Current mood: better
1 Take two tablets per day, with or without food.
2 Take Steady Mood all month long, not just when you’re menstruating.
3 Benefits accumulate and strengthen with each cycle of use.
Steady Mood is nutritionist-formulated with the most effective natural ingredients for relaxed menstrual moods.
Vitamin B6 helps make "happy neurotransmitters" such as serotonin in the brain. No wonder it’s favored by naturopaths and physicians for mood support.*
Saffron is a vibrant spice with antioxidant and anti-depressant properties. Studies show it can naturally tweak brain chemistry to lift the mood and quiet food cravings.*
Calcium may help correct PMS symptoms, like mood swings, backaches, and sore breasts. Large studies show that people who don’t get enough calcium have worse PMS moods. In clinical trials, calcium supplements reduced menstrual gloom and lifted energy levels.*
According to clinical studies, magnesium works in synergy with vitamin B6 to thwart mood changes. Research also shows that it can soothe headaches and reduce bloating on its own.*
Rhodiola, an adaptogenic herb, has been used for millennia to manage stress and stabilize emotions. It also energizes the brain's cognitive functions, helping to clear the mind and sharpen concentration.*
Zinc levels are in flux throughout the menstrual cycle and tend to plummet just as PMS kicks in. Research shows those who supplement with zinc have more balanced moods during their periods.*
Backed by research
We distilled decades of clinical research to create our easy anti-PMS solution. We consider randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials to be the gold standard.

Wonderful! I’ve struggled with severe PMS since getting further into my 20s—depression, anxiety, anger, all kinds of mood swings. Steady Mood has helped me LOADS, it definitely gets more effective over time, and if I miss a day or two I can feel it even when I’m not experiencing PMS. Definitely sticking with this for the foreseeable future, worked better than lexapro (antidepressant a dr. had me try) and doesn’t have all the side effects.
LOVE!! Where has this been for the past ten years. Just get it. Yes eat right and do everything else but I will always take this after seeing a difference in overall mood and energy from the beginning
I've been on non-hormonal birth control for about 7 years. Learning the natural cycle of my body (hormones included) is a constant evolving process. For quite a while I've noticed a significant emotional dip prior to and during my period - I'm talking mood swings, grumpiness, crying because of dust bunnies. It was not pretty. Trying to control that so I don't spatter those emotions on my loved ones was a struggle. I've been taking Steady Mood for 2 months and I have to say, my mood is much more steady! I do still notice a dip around my period but it is not near as severe as it has been. Dust bunnies no longer make me cry and I'm not longer angry for no apparent reason. I have really enjoyed how this product has helped my just feel more steady. Highly recommend!
I have been taking Steady Mood for about a month now and am so happy with the results. Usually a week before my period my mood fluctuates a lot but this month felt so much different!! It really got my symptoms of PMS under control and made taking supplements so much easier!! I usually take calcium and iron supplements separately, but this pill has it all so I don't need to anymore :)
I find I need Steady Mood the week before and the week of my period. First it levels out my mood, then it *almost* makes me forget my period is coming!! Cramps are vanquished, but I can't wait to try Cramp Aid anyway. I've always been a fan of rhodiola and other adaptogens, but this allows me to take targeted, professionally-formulated ingredients and amounts all at once. Bonus:: boyfriend says I'm a lot nicer.....But seriously.....So it's a KEEPER. Glad I found De Lune
