Refunds
If De Lune isn't the right match for you, we are happy to offer a refund. Email support@delune.co to request.

All we ask is that you share the reason for your dissatisfaction. This information is very helpful to us as we are constantly improving.

We do not need you to send the product back to us. If you have leftover product, please share it with a friend who could benefit from our formulations. Everyone's period is different. :)

Our refund policy lasts 60 days, allowing most users the opportunity to use De Lune for a full cycle. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Credit for the product cost (not including shipping) will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, typically within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you requested a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time of a few business days before a refund is posted.
