Your questions, answered.
When did De Lune start making pads?
We didn’t! Instead of reinventing the wheel, we looked to other trusted leaders in the period space who share our high standards for period care. We know how overwhelming shopping for period products can be, so we curated our favorite relief products right here on delune.co.
How often do I need to change my pad?
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends changing your pad every 4-8 hours. Of course, every body is different and you may choose to change yours more frequently. If you are bleeding through your pads extremely quickly, that is a sign of a heavy flow and you may want to discuss it with a trusted medical professional.
Can I wear the heating patch at work, school, or while out with friends?
Yes! The Heating Patch by Rael discreetly sticks to the inside of your underwear. It does feel slightly heavier than wearing a pad, so you may be most comfortable pairing it with a slightly compressive pant that provide additional support. We’re partial to a pair of high-rise bike shorts under a billowy dress for maximum support + comfort!
