I took 2 a day (one in morning before going to classes and another before going to sleep.) and they really seemed to make the cramps be less intense. They were still a bit intense but these pills helped the levels go from 9/10 pain to like a 4/10 or 5/10 pain. I’m hoping my next few cycles will be less achy with the help of this and those mood steady pills
